In both antibody and virus production, expression titers and expression stability directly affect manufacturing economics. Annogen has applied its screening platforms to develop expression vectors for CHO and HEK293 systems that improve titers compared with standard CMV-driven constructs, particularly for hard-to-produce and complex molecules. For more specific requirements, such as improved full/empty ratios, Annogen also offers bespoke screening programs to optimize gene expression systems for particular production platforms and product types. 

CHO expression vectors

Expression vectors for biologics production in CHO cells that improve titers by 2 to 3-fold compared with typical CMV-driven constructs. Compatible with both random integration and PiggyBac-mediated integration strategies. 

HEK293 expression vectors

Expression vectors for stable integration in HEK293 cells that improve expression levels approximately 2-fold compared with CMV. Compatible with both random integration and PiggyBac-mediated integration strategies.
